2000, № 2, ст. 161; 2002, № 30, ст. 3033; № 48, ст. 4743; 2004, № 25, ст. 2480; № 27, ст. 2711; № 35, ст. 3607; 2008, № 30, ст. 3609; № 40, ст. 4501; 2009, № 51, ст. 6148; 2011, № 45, ст. 6337; 2014, № 52, ст. 7537; 2015, № 48, ст. 6717; 2016, № 27, ст. 4189; 2017, № 43, ст. 6228; 2018, № 31, ст. 4853; 2019, № 31, ст. 4479; № 40, ст. 5488; 2022, № 8, ст. 1038; № 13, ст. 1958; № 29, ст. 5248; № 32, ст. 5810; № 48, ст. 8317; 2023, № 18, ст. 3225; 2024, № 1, ст. 20) следующие изменения:</p><p id="p7">1) в статье 3:</p><p id="p8">а) в пункте 1:</p><p id="p9">подпункт 1<span class="W9">1</span> изложить в следующей редакции:</p><p id="p10">"1<span class="W9">1</span>) военнослужащие, лица рядового и начальствующего состава органов внутренних дел, войск национальной гвардии, Государственной противопожарной службы, учреждений и органов уголовно-исполнительной системы, органов принудительного исполнения Российской Федерации, прокуроры, сотрудники Следственного комитета Российской Федерации, в том числе уволенные в запас (отставку), выполнявшие задачи по отражению вооруженного вторжения на территорию Российской Федерации, а также в ходе вооруженной провокации на Государственной границе Российской Федерации и территориях субъектов Российской Федерации, прилегающих к районам проведения специальной военной операции;";</p><p id="p11">подпункт 2<span class="W9">2</span> изложить в следующей редакции:</p><p id="p12">"2<span class="W9">2</span>) лица, поступившие в созданные по решению органов государственной власти Российской Федерации добровольческие формирования, содействующие выполнению задач, возложенных на Вооруженные Силы Российской Федерации (войска национальной гвардии Российской Федерации), в ходе специальной военной операции, отражения вооруженного вторжения на территорию Российской Федерации, а также в ходе вооруженной провокации на Государственной границе Российской Федерации и территориях субъектов Российской Федерации, прилегающих к районам проведения специальной военной операции;";</p><p id="p13">б) дополнить пунктом 4 следующего содержания:</p><p id="p14">"4. Перечень территорий субъектов Российской Федерации, прилегающих к районам проведения специальной военной операции, определяется Правительством Российской Федерации.";</p><p id="p15">2) в статье 4:</p><p id="p16">а) подпункт 2<span class="W9">1</span> изложить в следующей редакции:</p><p id="p17">"2<span class="W9">1</span>) военнослужащие, лица рядового и начальствующего состава органов внутренних дел, войск национальной гвардии, Государственной противопожарной службы, учреждений и органов уголовно-исполнительной системы, органов принудительного исполнения Российской Федерации, прокуроры, сотрудники Следственного комитета Российской Федерации, выполнявшие задачи по отражению вооруженного вторжения на территорию Российской Федерации, а также в ходе вооруженной провокации на Государственной границе Российской Федерации и территориях субъектов Российской Федерации, прилегающих к районам проведения специальной военной операции, ставшие инвалидами вследствие ранения, контузии, увечья или заболевания, полученных при выполнении указанных задач;";</p><p id="p18">б) подпункт 8 изложить в следующей редакции:</p><p id="p19">"8) лица, поступившие в созданные по решению органов государственной власти Российской Федерации добровольческие формирования, содействующие выполнению задач, возложенных на Вооруженные Силы Российской Федерации (войска национальной гвардии Российской Федерации), в ходе специальной военной операции, отражения вооруженного вторжения на территорию Российской Федерации, а также в ходе вооруженной провокации на Государственной границе Российской Федерации и территориях субъектов Российской Федерации, прилегающих к районам проведения специальной военной операции, и ставшие инвалидами вследствие ранения, контузии, увечья или заболевания, полученных в связи с исполнением обязанностей по контракту о пребывании в добровольческом формировании;";</p><p id="p20">3) раздел III приложения после позиции</p><p class="J" id="p21">"Выполнение задач на территориях Украины, Донецкой Народной Республики и Луганской Народной Республики в составе Вооруженных Сил Донецкой Народной Республики, Народной милиции Луганской Народной Республики, воинских формирований и органов Донецкой Народной Республики и Луганской Народной Республики: с 11 мая 2014 года"</p><p class="J" id="p27">дополнить позицией следующего содержания:</p><p class="J" id="p22">"Выполнение задач по отражению вооруженного вторжения на территорию Российской Федерации, а также в ходе вооруженной провокации на Государственной границе Российской Федерации и территориях субъектов Российской Федерации, прилегающих к районам проведения специальной военной операции на территориях Украины, Донецкой Народной Республики и Луганской Народной Республики с 24 февраля 2022 года, на территориях Запорожской области и Херсонской области с 30 сентября 2022 года".</p><p> </p><p> </p><p class="Y" id="p23">Президент Российской Федерации В.Путин</p><p> </p><p class="I" id="p24">Москва, Кремль</p><p class="I" id="p25">21 апреля 2025 года</p><p class="I" id="p26">№ 83-ФЗ</p><p> </p></body></html>
